#EducateOurMen is the signature Initiative of Hip Hop Sisters Foundation that supports and develops African-American Men. #EducateOurMen supports African American Men by:
1. Providing need-based scholarships to obtain undergraduate degrees primarily from HBCUS
2. Providing access to career and persona mentoring
3. Increasing Cultural education and social responsibility by giving you examples of how your lives should be lived

Annual W.E.A.L.T.H. Experience
The W.E.A.L.T.H. Experience is a three-day women’s retreat focused on connecting with likeminded women and friends, reflecting on your goals and renewing your spirit through a host of general sessions, workshops and themed events that will teach you how to master your personal, business and financial objectives and leave you feeling reunited, rejuvenated and rich with life changing information.

Quarterly W.E.A.L.T.H. Intensive
The W.E.A.L.T.H. Women, Wealth & Relationships Forum
Hip Hop Sisters Foundation has partnered with Russell Simmons’ celebrity financial coach to help women all over the globe master time-tested techniques to keep three of their top rated issues in check: their partner, their pocketbook, and their purpose. stories. With a funny, enlightening, and conversation-oriented Q&A format, this outrageously funny and educational panel will entertain audience members as the celebrities share their down-to-earth and off-the-cuff money and relationship stories.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Honey Shine Mentoring Program

As an addition to its South Florida programming, Tracy Mourning and Honey Shine Inc collaborated with MC Lyte and Hip Hop Sisters Foundation to introduce the afterschool program in two elementary schools in Los Angeles, California. Implementation of the the Honey Shine Mentoring Program has been facilitated by the United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA), in efforts to successfully promote the program initiatives to young girls in the LA market. Honey Shine’s principle values and programmatic objectives directly align with the UTLA initiative “The Schools LA Students Deserve,” and the schools and principals have expressed their delight in welcoming the program into their schools.
